3 Common s32maill.dll Mistakes How to Avoid Them

Most people will see the s32maill.dll error and think nothing about it. They will simply close it out and go about their day. While the s32maill.dll error is not serious, if you do not treat it correctly, it can harm your computer.

Common Mistake #1: Ignore the Registry Error

While it seems like a good idea to ignore the s32maill.dll error, it really is not. The s32maill.dll error is a common registry error and it is never a good idea to ignore registry errors. Registry errors are a sign that something is going wrong in your computer. You can ignore them for a little while, but eventually your computer will crash.

Solution: When you see a registry error, simply run a high quality registry cleaner. You can find several on the Internet. Most of the more reputable brands offer a free scan to determine if you even need a registry cleaner.

Common Mistake #2: Downloading a Free DLL File

Again, this looks like a good idea on the surface, but you never know if you are getting the most up-to-date version of the file. In addition, the places that offer these files are notorious for hosting viruses, malware, and all sorts of adware
that could be harmful to your computer.

Solution: If you must download
a .dll file, go to the source. Find the original CD or go to the manufacture site. Do not just type in the file name and download from a random site.

Common Mistake #3: Manually Editing the DLL File

You can go online and find sites that tell you how to go and edit the registry manually. The instructions tell you about going in and selecting "start, run" and then they tell you to type in "regedit." This has got to be the worst advice ever. Computer professionals do not even do this. Sure, it is possible but no one actually does this as it can really screw up your computer. So do not do it.

Solution: Again, run a high quality registry cleaner. This is what the computer technicians do anyway. If you were to take your computer to a repair shop and pay them $100 an hour to fix your computer, they would do this.

Avoid making these three mistakes and your computer will run fine. You can learn more about how to fix s32maill.dll and other registry errors in the blog. You can also get your free registry scan to see how many registry errors are lurking under the surface of your computer.

How to Resolve the Qbmfct32.dll Error

If you received the qbmfct32.dll error, the first thing you need to determine is if it is a legitimate Windows DLL error. The chances are it is legit, but many rogue viruses and spyware like to pretend to be DLL errors.

Checking the legitimacy of the qbmfct32.dll error

1. First, do you have QuickBooks for Windows by Intuit, Inc.?

a. The error stems from the program. If you do not have the program, then it is a good sign you have malware and need to resolve it.

b. To check for malware, you can run a free scan. SpyZooka offers one and along with a few other places online.

2. Second, right click the application. Then click properties. The description will tell you who made it. If it doesn't say QuickBooks, then it isn't legit.

Resolving the qbmfct32.dll error

When it comes to fixing registry errors
, there are three ways you can go about doing it. We will start out with the hardest and work our way down to the easiest.

Fixing it yourself with "regedit"

While I do not know anyone who actually does fix registry errors this way, it can technically be done by hand. Click start, then run and type in "regedit." This is as far as I will tell you since going any further is likely to turn your computer into an expensive paperweight. If you could do it this way, you would not be reading this, sorry.

Taking your computer to a "professional"

Up until probably about five or so years ago, I probably would have recommended this procedure to fix registry errors but not anymore. Frankly, there is no need because what they will do, you can do in your own home.

They will take your computer behind the big trash bags (static protectors) and insert a disk to clean up your registry. Why? Because even these fools no better than to mess with the registry. See what I mean. They won't do a "regedit," so why on earth would you?

Option three using a registry cleaner

If you do a little searching online, you will notice that you can find dozens of free registry cleaners. STOP! Some of them are good but watch out. Some are notorious spyware mongers.

Pay a few bucks and get one that has a guarantee to work against errors such as qbmfct32.dll. Get one backed up by the Better Business Bureau and your computer will be running better in no time.
